For legal aspects, PSSI requires all professional football clubs have a legal entity in the form of limited liability companies or cooperatives or the Foundation. As for the financial aspect, PSSI implement a strict policy in the form of participation deposits of Rp 5 billion for every professional club who want to compete on level one. In addition, the club must also have a Cap Budgeting Rp 15 billion.
Judging from the number of clubs who have fulfilled the requirements to be called a professional club, as described previously Djohar, clearly indicated that there are many clubs who have not or are difficult to fulfill. And if you do not qualify, the club must be willing status of amateur clubs.
Even so, Djohar has provided an alternative. According to him, the clubs are not yet ready ISL eligible to join the club AFC LPI was acting without APBD.
Other changes to be implemented under the leadership Djohar PSSI is the composition of PT Liga Indonesia (LI), from the previous 90 percent to 10 percent of the PSSI and for the club, be the opposite - 90 percent for the club and 10 percent for PSSI. Any club who want to engage in the 2011/2012 competition must submit documents to the PSSI readiness no later than August 22. After going through the verification process, PSSI will announce who escaped on August 25.
