Persik-Minangkabau FC Merger
Kediri - Persik Kediri FC merged with the Minangkabau, one of the Premier League club Indonesia (LPI). Persik management do to qualify for the legality of the existence of a recognized Perseoran PSSI Limited.
It was announced by Chairman who is also Mayor Persik Kediri, Samsul Asr, after attending a plenary session at the Parliament Building Kediri, on Thursday (08/18/2011).
"Yes, we did the merger with FC Minangkabau. Because, without the merger we can not meet the requirements of legality. Because, Perseoran Limited (PT) which is recognized by the PSSI is owned Minangkabau FC," said Samsul.

PSSI Remove Sanctions Persema and Persibo
Jakarta - PSSI formally revoke the suspension imposed on Persema Persibo Malang and Bojonegoro. Earlier both teams were suspended by the PSSI stewardship Nurdin Halid since joining the LPI.Revocation of the suspension was announced by the PSSI chairman Djohar Arifin Husin. "Persema and Persibo skorsingnya punishment was abolished by the PSSI," Djohar Arifin said on Monday (15/08/2011) night.
Revocation of suspension is one of the PSSI Executive Committee meeting that was held Monday afternoon at the office of PSSI, Senayan, Jakarta.
