Jakarta - General Chairman Paul Ferry Persija target Persija became a professional club. Besides, he also intends to maximize the players from the academy itself.
"To be sure, I want to make this Persija really a pure professional club," said Ferry to detiksport.
Men newly elected Chairman of Persija explained that the professionalism that he meant not just in terms of money alone. He also wanted people who work in Persija apply those attitudes.
"Solely not just the financial aspect, but also professionals, including the placement of people in it," continued Ferry.
For the target itself, Ferry asserted that he wanted Persija be a champion. And here he thought the development of academy players will play a major role.
"Certainly in my stewardship of this time we want to be champions," lugasnya.
"Persija, this forward, should solidify coaching position at a young age. Academy should be maximized. So we no longer talk about today, but spoke the next 4-5 years," he said.
