Jakarta - To start the next season's competition which is healthier, PSSI will impose a number of stringent requirements for participants in particular clubs about player salaries and club finances.

"If there be a club that exceeds the budget, then maybe we will wear a penalty. Budget cap this year might be unfaithful, depending on what kind of evaluation," said Sihar told reporters.
